General Return Terms
At ALOHA FLEET LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fleet management services and products. Our return policy is designed to provide you with flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our business operations.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase or service agreement date. Services that have been fully rendered or products that have been customized specifically for your fleet may not be eligible for return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or service agreement must be provided
- Return request must be submitted within the specified timeframe
- All accessories, documentation, and components must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return
- Await return authorization and instructions from our team
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
- Retain tracking information for your records
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Important Notice
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Exceptions
The following items and services are not eligible for return:
- Customized or specially ordered products designed for your specific fleet
- Services that have been fully rendered or completed
- Digital products or software licenses that have been activated
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
